Our Team

Our team is not large in number, but few homebuilders can equal the combined 108 years' experience of our team members. We have been building exquisite custom homes since 1969 in some of Boise's finest neighborhoods, including more recently The Hickories, Banbury, Banbury Meadows, Bristol Heights, Silver Spur Ranch, Danskin Ridge, Vienna Woods, Brookwood, Castlebury, and Private Acreages. Jeff Thompson, President of Thompson Homes, Inc. has been awarded the coveted Registered Master Builder designation ~ a distinction earned by only 25 home builders in Idaho. He has also won awards for architectural design including kitchens, master suites, exterior architecture and overall interior architecture and design. We specialize in making dream homes come true! Jeff is the Chief Designer for Thompson Homes, and oversees all aspects of design, construction, and warranty services.



Jeff possesses a unique ability to listen to a client's needs and wants, then transform their ideas into a working set of blueprints that precisely match the client's wishes.






Ann Thompson, Vice President and Interior Designer

Ann assists Thompson Homes' clients in selecting all of the myriad appointments that go into their custom home, including paint colors, cabinetry, floor coverings, plumbing fixtures, and other features. All of which are available for viewing and pricing at our Custom Home materials Showroom (one convenient location).

Sam's broad construction experience and knowledge ensures that Thompson Homes construction is of the highest quality and progresses on schedule.



He also coordinates directly with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that the finished product meets or exceeds the company's rigorous quality requirements.
